A deposit of £150 will be taken at
the time of booking for angling day charters. Balance of payment
is to be paid in full at the end of the charter.
Extended charters (France, Channel Islands
etc) will require a deposit of 15% of total charter cost at
the time of booking. Balance of payment is to be paid in full
on the morning of departure.
Individual Anglers:
A fifty percent deposit is required for all
Individual Bookings.
Individual Extended Charters (Alderney
etc):
A deposit of £100 is required to book
your space. Balance must be paid
14 days before charter.
Our promise to you:
In the event that we have to cancel your
trip due to bad weather or unseen circumstances your deposit
will be returned in full. We can also ‘roll over’
the deposit for a re-arranged date.
Your
commitment to us:
If
you cancel within 28 days of the booking your deposit will
be retained. Cancellation within 14 days renders you liable
to the full cost of the trip. We will always try to re-book
the date if we are successful there is no liability on your
part.
Corporate Charters:
When booking a corporate charter or in the event of a business
requesting any angling charter then term and conditions are
different to those above.
A deposit
of 50% will be taken at the time of booking to confirm your
charter. The remaining balance of 50% will be required 14
days before the charter date.
A charter
booked within 14 days of the event date requires full payment.
Any
additional costs incurred will be invoiced after the charter
has taken place.
